Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a public offer and govern the relationship between the user and the Operator of the AIOS Travel service.

1. General Provisions. Parties

Operator: Obukhov A.V. (Sole Proprietor), Tax ID: 500301909788.

By using the Service, you (the "User") accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

2. Description of Service

AIOS Travel provides access to an information platform containing data about cities: cost of living, internet speed, visa requirements, safety, and other parameters useful for travel and relocation. The Service includes AI-powered analysis tools that help users compare, evaluate, and select cities based on their personal criteria.

3. Registration and Account

Registration is available through the following methods:

  • Email + password
  • Google OAuth
  • Yandex OAuth
  • Discord OAuth
  • The User agrees to provide accurate data and keep it up to date.
  • One person may have only one account. Multi-accounting is prohibited.
  • Minimum registration age is 16. Users under 18 require parental consent.
  • The User is fully responsible for maintaining the security of their login and password. All actions under an account are considered to be performed by that User.
  • The Operator reserves the right to block or delete an account in case of violation of these Terms, as well as after prolonged inactivity (12+ months) with prior email notification.

4. User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to:

  • Not violate the laws of their country of residence.
  • Not harass or insult other users or service staff.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service's systems or other users' data.
  • Not use automated scripts, parsers, or bots to collect content without written permission.
  • Not distribute paid content (reports, comparison tables, analytics) to third parties without payment.

The User has the right to:

  • Use the Service within the selected plan.
  • Cancel a paid subscription at any time (see Section 7).
  • Contact support regarding service operation.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials on the Service (text, graphics, design, databases, matching algorithms) are the property of the Operator and protected by copyright. The User may not copy, modify, transmit, or use them for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

6. Plans and Payment

  • Free plan — 20 Tokens for testing. Access to the city catalog with basic information (city name, country, short description).
  • START plan — 1,990 ₽/month — 150 Tokens per month, access to all cities, all AI features excluding Deep Analysis and AI image generation. Includes AI Travel Agent, city analysis, city comparison, personalized recommendations, travel plan creation, visa analysis, and relocation analysis.
  • PRO plan — 2,990 ₽/month — 400 Tokens per month, everything from START plus Deep Analysis and AI image generation.

Additional Tokens: 100 Tokens for 490 ₽. Can be purchased at any time in the profile settings.

Subscription is billed automatically at the beginning of each billing period. The User can disable or enable auto-renewal at any time in their profile. Changing plans takes effect after paying the difference (when upgrading) or from the next period (when downgrading).

7. Tokens and AI Features

What are Tokens: Tokens are an internal currency of the Service used to pay for AI-powered features. Each AI operation has a fixed Token cost. Tokens are credited monthly according to your plan and are valid for the current billing month only.

Token costs for AI operations:

  • Quick question — 1 Token
  • City analysis — 2 Tokens
  • Personalized recommendation — 2 Tokens
  • City comparison — 3 Tokens
  • Travel Plan — 5 Tokens
  • Visa analysis — 5 Tokens
  • Relocation analysis — 8 Tokens
  • Deep Analysis (PRO only) — 15 Tokens
  • AI image generation (PRO only) — 10 Tokens

Token balance rules:

  • Tokens are credited on the first day of each billing period.
  • Unused Tokens expire at the end of the billing month and do not carry over to the next period.
  • Additional Tokens (purchased separately) are added to your balance immediately and are valid until the end of the current billing month.
  • If you run out of Tokens during the month, AI features become unavailable until the next billing period or until you purchase extra Tokens.

The current Token balance is always displayed in the user's profile.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

The User can cancel a subscription in their account or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — access is preserved until it expires.

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • If the Service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to the Operator's fault — proportionally for the downtime period.
  • In other cases — by mutual agreement, but no more than the cost of the unused period.

Refund requests should be sent to aios@aios-travel.ru. The Operator reviews requests within 10 business days and transfers funds to the same account used for payment.

9. Limitation of Liability

City information is provided "as is". The Operator does not guarantee absolute accuracy of prices, visa rules, and other data that may change. The User must independently verify critical information (visas, legal requirements) with official sources.

AI-generated content (travel plans, city analyses, recommendations) is advisory in nature and does not constitute professional advice. The User makes final decisions independently.

The Operator is not liable for damages, moral harm, or lost profits arising from the use (or inability to use) the Service, except as directly required by law. The maximum liability of the Operator for any claims is limited to the amount paid by the User in the last 6 months.

10. Claims and Jurisdiction

All disputes are resolved through pre-trial procedures. The User submits a claim to aios@aios-travel.ru. Response time: 15 business days.

If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Operator's location (Moscow, Russian Federation) in compliance with Russian jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

The Operator may update these Terms. The new version takes effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated. We will notify you of significant changes (e.g., price increases) 7 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new version.
